STUDENT AIDE – Mr. Guymon GRADING POLICY OBJECTIVE: The intent of the student aide program is to give the student aide an exposure to a variety of duties and disciplines not normally initiated in the formal classroom setting. Skills addressed will be organizational skills and interpersonal communications. DUTIES: As assigned daily by teacher and will vary. ATTENDENCE: Regular attendance is expected in the student aide program. Attendance will be tracked on a daily basis. Unexcused absences are unacceptable and will result in earning zero points for the day and may result in dismissal from the position with an F. In addition, tardies and absences will be addressed as per school policy. As a matter of professionalism and common courtesy, the student should always notify the instructor in advance of any scheduled absences or tardies. ASSESSMENT: Assessment will be determined daily based upon the following areas:
Task completion (on time)
Task completion (accuracy)
Attitude
Professionalism
